The mission of the Southeast Texas Workforce Development Board is to equip Southeast Texas with skills and knowledge that meet the needs of employers to foster the region's economic growth. The Board consistently works toward the goal of transforming the workforce development system's focus and investments into an entity that contributes to the economic well-being of its local communitites and provide on-demand solutions to workforce challenges.
