Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas, Child Care Contractor Services (CCCS), under contract with the Southeast Texas Workforce Development Board (SETWDB) provides eligible parents/caretakers with assistance in paying for child care. CCCS authorizes child care financial assistance to start and provides payment for child care services.
