Before You Begin
| Allow Time - To create an Employer account you will need approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete the necessary steps. |

| Be Prepared - You will need one of the following to begin the process: |
| 1. TWC Tax ID |
| 2. FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) |
| 3. WorkInTexas.com Employer ID |
| |
| If you do not have any of these contact your nearest career center for registration assistance. |

How to Post a Job
| 1. From the WorkinTexas.com homepage click: "logon as employer", and enter your UserID and Password and click LOGON. |

| |
| 2. From your employer home page click on the "Post/Match Jobs" link at the top of the page. |
| |
 |
| |
| 3. Click "add new Job Posting" from the left navigation menu. |
| |
| 4. Complete the "Basic Job Posting" screen. Be sure to complete the "Pay, Benefits, and Work Week Details by clicking on the hyperlink. |

5. Click the "Computer Skills" link if you need to add additional computer skills. |
| |
| 6. Click the "Custom Questions for Job Seekers" if you have additional questions you need answered. |
| |
| 7. Click the "Matching Options" link to create "and/or" conditions of acceptable experience for the job. |
| |
| 8. Click the "Additional Details" link to add or change information required or desired for the job that has not been addressed anywhere else. |
| |
| 9. Click the "Add Occupations" link to add or change additional occupations for the job posting. |
